~ My Story ~

It's crazy how certain people, events, or situations can make you do a complete 360 & change your life forever. I been on both sides when it comes to being overweight / unhealthy & being in-shape / healthy. And don't think just because a person physically looks in shape that they are healthy. Some of the most fit people still suffer from some major health issues.

I remember when I was 300+ pounds & my knee kept popping out of place do to me being overweight. My brother use to have to physically push down on my knee to pop it back into place. I still remember to this day how I used curse out-loud when he popped it back in place...lol

The part that most people don't know is the 2 things that motivated me to get off my ass & get that weight off.

The first thing was my brother bet me that I couldn't lose the weight & everyone that personally knows me knows that I'm very competitive. Second thing was my brother said "Jay, you know if you lose weight & get in shape then the girls will like you even more" (True Story..lol)

That statement changed my life forever!!!

To make a long story short, I went cold turkey & started eating healthier, cut out all soda's / sugary drinks, joined the gym, & one of the biggest things that helped me the most was taking the highest quality nutritional products & getting them for wholesale prices.

I learned early in my health journey from some of the biggest names in the health & wellness industry that 85% - 90% of my results will comes from what I put in my body.
